Star Cab Service – Terms and Conditions
- Car air-conditioning will not be available during hilly routes or when the vehicle is stationary.
- For one-way trips, customers are not required to pay toll tax, state tax, or similar taxes to the driver.
- Parking charges are not included and must be paid directly to the driver.
- The driver will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes. After that, the booking will be canceled without any refund.
- Waiting charges will be applicable once the cab reaches the designated boarding point.
- The first 45 minutes of waiting time are free. After that, a charge of ₹2 per minute will be levied, payable directly to the driver.
- In the case of partial payment, the remaining balance of the trip must be paid in advance at the time of pick-up.
- Customers are responsible for collecting receipts from the driver for any toll tax, state tax, night charges, or extra kilometers paid directly during the trip. Star Cab Service is not liable for providing invoices for such amounts.
- Any grievances or claims related to the cab travel must be reported to Star Cab Service within 24 hours of the travel time.
- The booking will be for either an SUV or Sedan cab type. We do not guarantee any specific cab model.
- Sedans can accommodate up to 2 bags, while SUVs can accommodate up to 3 bags.
- We do not guarantee a specific fuel type vehicle such as Petrol, Diesel, or CNG.
- Cabs will be provided based on availability.
- Pets are not allowed inside the cab.
- Due to traffic or other unavoidable reasons, the pick-up may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
- Driver details will be shared up to 6 hours prior to departure.
Cancellation Policies:
- You may cancel your booking any time before the scheduled date and time of pickup. To cancel, call our 24×7 Customer Care Helpline at +91 7668784182 or email us at pachauricabs@gmail.com.
- Cancellation charges will apply if your booking is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time. No refund will be applicable, and the entire Booking Amount/Advance will be treated as Cancellation Charges.
- If your booking is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the entire advance amount will be refunded. The refund will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request.
- If your driver is significantly delayed and you request a cancellation, the cancellation charge will be waived, and the advance amount will be credited to your Star Cab Service Credits. These credits can be used for future bookings with Star Cab Service throughout India.
- In the event of a No-Show, where you are not present at the pickup location and the driver is unable to contact you, the driver will wait for 45 minutes from the scheduled booking time. Afterward, the booking will be treated as canceled with no refund.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to request a rescheduling of the departure time and receive confirmation from Star Cab Service about car availability. Such requests must be made in writing by sending an email to pachauricabs@gmail.com.
Refund Policy:
- In case of a booking cancellation, Star Cab Service will issue a refund for the entire amount paid in advance for the booking.
- To request a refund, send an email with your booking details, including the Booking ID received via SMS and email after booking.
- Optionally, provide the reason for the refund request. We value customer feedback and use it to improve our services.
- Refunds are typically initiated within 48 hours of the request and are limited to the amount paid in advance for the booking.
- Refunds are subject to applicable cancellation charges (refer to the Cancellation Policy above).
- The customer is responsible for requesting a rescheduling of the departure time and receiving confirmation from Star Cab Service about car availability. Such requests must be made in writing by sending an email to pachauricabs@gmail.com.
